I got mail today. Didn’t really know what it was since there was no name on the return address. Miss Mia got her ass in a sling for jumping in front of my truck. Finally!

I may look like it, but I am NOT your average girl next door

I am a prisoner of the highway, farmer and lover of Mother Nature, the moon and stars, my long and low, flat-top Peterbilt, chickens, cats, dogs, horses, cooking, photography, tattoos, tea pots and vintage barnifacts…among other things. I’m also a very, happily married, third-generation truck driver. My career choice is both demanding and rewarding, just like most things in life that are truly good.

Bethany: I've been in that exact same spot . . . and its not fun by any stretch of the imagination. Some time I'll have to share with you what happened to me. You did good, Girl. Although, you were shak'in an cry'in, you got back in the truck an kept on go'in home. And under those conditions its EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to drive a Big Rig.
