I run locally this week, so it was a winter wonderland all week… Bad thing was, when the roads were safe enough to snap a picture now and then the skies were dark and dreary.. When the sun was shining, it was all business since the roads I was on were snow packed and icy.
We are running out of room for all the snow! One good thing though, hubs has the barn banked with snow all the way around, and my hens are staying nice and warm inside! I added a farm page, if you want to keep up with the goings on around home!
Our trees are getting a beating this year!

I live in the country too. Seems we always have more animals than we planned. Every one of them has changed my life in some way or another. Our species could learn much from them.
Great pictures. Yes, we ARE running out of places to put the snow. And the sheep don't want to go outside. We are also running out of hay because there is no grass (even dry) for them to nibble on.

Really good pictures, Like the first one where the road is tree lined. There are a couple of places like that up here in WA state.
Complete beauty. The NW is dreary rain and zero snow so it's nice to see your photos-especially those taken from the drivers seat.
Fantastic pictures!! Must say though, sorry you have all the snow, yet I am not sorry that we have none up here is Toronto.
