Rosemary Gin Fizz

Summer is here! It has been HOT and unfortunately windy here… We are going on day three of constant wind which is giving me the understanding of how farm women that went through the Great American dust bowl once went crazy because of the wind…

To combat going crazy last night, and because I have limes & rosemary coming out of my ears I whipped up these yummies. Okay really they don’t combat crazy (I haven’t made the trip quite yet), but they do lighten up sugar and soda intake which is a good thing!

And for a hot summer night they are light and refreshing which is exactly what I was looking for! Enjoy~

Bethany About Bethany

I am a prisoner of the highway, farmer and lover of Mother Nature, the moon and stars, my long and low, flat-top Peterbilt, chickens, cats, dogs, horses, cooking, photography, tattoos, tea pots and vintage barnifacts…among other things. I’m also a very, happily married, third-generation truck driver. My career choice is both demanding and rewarding, just like most things in life that are truly good.
