I really never had any intention of posting this anywhere. BUT, seeing Hubs and I don't get to run together as much as we would like I thought I'd take video. Then when I started watching it, I could see a different view of how it looks to turn a truck on corners and I thought I would show you. Take a Ride-Highway 60 Arizona

This is a short trip across HWY 60 in Arizona just west of Show Low. The ride I'm about to take you on is just the tip of the iceberg for what you can and will see on HWY 60. It's beautiful country! For a trucker I think, with a loaded wagon HWY 60 is a lot of work and you had best be prepared and know your truck, how to handle it, and what lies ahead. Sometime when I have the chance I will video more of the ride. By the time I got into most of the pulling/downhill grades I had lost most of my light.
Winter on the Prairie

We are in the middle of a blizzard here in Southwest Minnesota. This is winter on the prairie. If your sitting in the sun, somewhere warm, enjoy. Last time I looked it was 4 degrees above zero and dropping. They say by tonight it will be -12 to -17 degrees below zero. I just stepped out to see if it had stopped snowing, so I thought I would show you the view here on the farm.

Since the wind and stormy weather has yet to break in our area, I thought this would be the perfect time for this video. I took this video last Saturday night on my way to Minneapolis, the last leg of my trip. It ended up being quite a ride, as the rain made for moments of low or no visibility. I ended up stopping towards at the end of this video and having supper with hopes of the storm letting up. Sadly, I did not get out of the storm until well after midnight, which made for a long drive. I wish I had the sound of

Rosie’s Pit Crew- Pre-trip Inspection

While getting ready to head out this week I found our herd of ducks doing my Pre-trip Inspection for me! Really, I think they were more enamored with the "shiny" objects, but it sure looked like they were checking Rosie over before I headed out! Safety first!
