I found this recipe on Simply Recipes and renamed it for hubs since he is the chocolate feign between the two of us. And honestly, I'm pretty sure if you ate too much of this cake it would kill you! It's that time of year. Summer pie time. My mom shared this recipe with me, and it's wonderful! Thought I'd share it with you! It's super easy, fast and of coarse very tasty! Chop your rhubarb. Line your pie plate with crust. Mix your eggs, butter, sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Add mixture to your chopped rhubarb. Cover with upper crust and bake.
