
Yesterday I wanted to make a good meal since it was Sunday after all. I still believe in a good Sunday meal that you sit down and truly enjoy when I'm home so I really try to make the most of it. Since I had pulled a homegrown, organic chicken out of the Freezer Friday afternoon (which really does not ever need too much to be good), and since I love to layer flavors I made my baked buttermilk rosemary chicken with broccolini, mashed potatoes and of coarse homemade chicken gravy.
