A while back I took some “Hood Shots” and posted them up on OGT like I always do. I ended up getting a comment from a fellow whom questioned the fact that I take pictures while driving down the road. Since winter is almost over, and I sure hope it is, I thought I would tell another story of survival and/or common sense on the road. I know there are companies & drivers who would park their truck and call someone to fix all of their problems without a thought, but in reality there are times-especially as an owner operator, when cost effectiveness wins over sitting on the side of the road waiting for someone else to come fix (and for very good money mind you) a problem you can fix on your own.
