No cats on the table! I try to rule with an iron fist. Hahaha... As I was making pizza yesterday Sweet Pea jumped up on the kitchen table. She bee-lined straight for my fresh bouquet of Zinnias. And sniffed, rubbed up against, and nibbled on a few of the zinnias. As I stood right there with camera in hand, she didn't care one bit if I was there or not. I think she forgot she was on my table... And really, if she loves flowers as much as I do, even on the kitchen table, I can appreciate that.
My Trouble Maker
Sadie Sue gets me in trouble. I believe since she had a hard first year of her life, it is imbedded in her brain to check everything out. High or low, it does not matter to Sadie. If you leave a door open on a vehicle, she's in. If you leave a vehicle outside or open the shed up, she's on top of it. She even loves to stand on Hubs 5th wheel that is full of grease and then she really loves to tip toe across his half fenders and frame with greasy feet. It makes him mad. At her. Squeaky Monroe
Last night we were able to sit out in front of the house and enjoy the sunshine. It was awesome to soak up the sun, have a drink and smell freshly grilled burgers. Of coarse we are never alone while outside. We had the ducks, chickens, Squeak and Sadie to keep us company. Sadly, Sadie was on a time out for killing one of my birds so she missed out on the photo shoot. Luckily for us and my poor birds, Squeak is well fed and lazy and doesn't really get into killing my birds for fun. He enjoys our company so much more
Spring on the Farm-News and Updates

I have been spending most of my time home outside! Spring has finally arrived at our farm. And we are getting rid of all the snow, although we still have some good banks up against our honey suckle. Easter Sunday, the sun finally shone enough that I was able to get into my garden and start getting my beds ready to plant. Unfortunately I didn't get anything in the ground, but next week, if the weather holds I will. I will be making 4 more 3x6 beds and 4 more 3x3's for this garden space. My garlic & tulips in my
