The Good, Bad, & Ugly of Spring…
We lost a hen the night before last night. She was one of my Black Australorps which really makes me mad. I knew as soon as I opened up the coop yesterday morning... A pile of  feathers was all I could see. I spent all afternoon working to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Well, there isn't going to be a lot of trucking done this week. I'm leaving for vacation on Friday, so I can't go too far away from home.
