Every year my garden surprises me. One-year tomatoes are coming out of our ears, the next we have just enough to want & need more. Every year, I try as I may to keep up with said garden one way or another. Eating, freezing, drying, & canning are popular here at the farm although my favorite way of preservation is probably canning.
