For everyone who poo-pooed me on planting early, all I can say this year is I GOT LUCKY! This is the best stand of carrots I've ever had thus far! I am dreaming of carrot soup, glazed carrots, carrot cake and so on and so forth! These raspberries were just planted last year, and are obviously prolific little buggers. Raspberry jam anyone? My garlic is growing great guns too, even if my girls beat the hell out of them early on! I really didn't think they would make it, but they look good so far! I am SO
