I'm late on this, as I really should have had this up BEFORE Thanksgiving, but I've just been too dang busy to sit down and look at my computer for any amount of time! Today I'm slowly roasting some baby back ribs which gives me some time, so without further ado... I have used wine to deglaze a pan quite a few times, and made bread pudding that was slathered with an awesome whiskey sauce that could just possibly make your heart sing, but up until my Mother and I made this Apple Bourbon Butter I had no idea
