My garlic is growing great guns and I was just out in my garden enjoying a little quiet time snapping off the squiggly garlic scapes growing out of my garlic so the energy is focused back towards the garlic. Basil Pesto

It tis the season of the garden! I have spent my spring bent over pulling weeds, and now the fruits of my labor are finally showing! Last night I canned a dozen jars of basil pesto. Usually I am making arugula pesto, but this year my basil is going great guns and I think I may be over run with the stuff! Garden Fresh Pesto

Today is a lazy day. After all the planting I did yesterday, my body is not talking to me yet. So, I figured I would give it something good in the way of food.
