Some days I just feel like wandering When I have these feelings, I take in everything around me as if I was a sponge. I wish I could explain it, but on these days I feel like everything is so new, and I am in awe of the world around me. Even the rain storms & snow I woke to was welcome sight. If I could urge you all to do one thing, it would be to slow down a bit and look at the world around you. It truly is magical.
Do you ever have days, weeks, months where you just figure you should have stayed in bed? This has been on of those weeks for me. First I lost my turbo Friday afternoon, which put me behind the eight ball for having a somewhat leisurely ride out west. That was fine, I put my nose to the grindstone and kept at it arriving just in time for the most hellacious storm Arizona has had all winter long. Okay, we are really not "snow bound" but we did get enough snow over the night that neither Hubs or I were in any hurry to go anywhere today. Luckily I made it home with perfect timing on Monday night, and Hubs decided to played hooky with me today. Not too much has been going on around here, Hubs has been moving snow & I've been doing the normal household chores, with a little break in between for a good walk around the property to assess the damage.
