The Farm

I have been home for a  few days now, and I had only been gone a few weeks with a quick weekend home in between but, spring seems to have swept through, waved her magic wand and brought everything into bloom here on the farm.  It's beautiful of coarse, but I'm not sure I am processing it like I would any other year. Some days I just feel like wandering When I have these feelings, I take in everything around me as if I was a sponge. I wish I could explain it, but on these days I feel like everything is so new, and I am in awe of the world around me. Even the rain storms & snow I woke to was welcome sight. If I could urge you all to do one thing, it would be to slow down a bit and look at the world around you. It truly is magical.

Last night I pulled into Oakley KS with the intensions of writing. I had stopped early and had a few stories I wanted to get up here.
