If you peruse this here website even a little you know that I love where I live and that I adore our farm. I suppose I am a walking contradiction, since I always want to be home, just as much as I want to be out on the road trucking. This morning I feel as if I didn’t rest at all. I’m guessing it was because of the nightmare I had. I don’t have typical dreams it seems. Seeing as I have lived in a truck for so many years my dreams/nightmares tend to revolve around trucks & trucking. I found this recipe on Simply Recipes and renamed it for hubs since he is the chocolate feign between the two of us. And honestly, I'm pretty sure if you ate too much of this cake it would kill you! I found this recipe on the web and had to make it almost immediately. Unfortunately I can't find the website again to give proper credit but I wanted to share with you anyhow! Generally I only use whole wheat pasta, but I did have a package of regular fettuccine in the pantry so I thought I would try it out. I'm guessing the flavors showed through a bit more with the regular vs. whole wheat, but given the nuttiness of whole wheat, it may add to it. I purchased a new lens for my camera. At this point I'm not sure if I love it or hate it yet. It's really cool, don't get me wrong, but it is a manual focus which slows me down (which is probably a good thing) but since my time is limited I have a hard time with that!
